His strategic counsel on portfolio development, anti-counterfeiting, and corporate IP strategy ensures our clients receive comprehensive support tailored to their needs.

Prior to joining PKH, Robert served as the Assistant General Counsel of Intellectual Property at ADT Security Services and was a partner at a nationally recognized intellectual property boutique. He holds a J.D. and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida, is a member of the Georgia and Florida bars, and is registered to practice at the USPTO. Robert resides in Parkland, Florida.

With Robert’s arrival, PKH’s litigation practice group now totals eleven attorneys, further strengthening our commitment to providing exceptional legal services in the IP arena.
