Kenny Knox manages domestic and global intellectual property portfolios for some of the world’s most notable and innovative companies. He specializes in patent preparation and prosecution across a wide range of technologies, including artificial intelligence, telecommunications, display devices, semiconductors, data connectors, electromechanical devices, and wireless power systems. He has handled hundreds of design patent applications for consumer products and user interfaces.

Beyond patents, Kenny leads domestic and international anti-counterfeiting efforts and global brand management strategies. He has successfully developed, rehabilitated, and leveraged intellectual property portfolios to combat counterfeit goods and strengthen brand protection.

Kenny has extensive experience in post-grant proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), including inter partes reviews (IPRs) and ex parte reexaminations. He also regularly represents clients in domain name disputes under the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP) before the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).

Outside of his professional endeavors, Kenny provides pro bono legal counsel to various charitable non-profit organizations, working to safeguard the intellectual property rights of inventors, artists, and entrepreneurs from underprivileged backgrounds in Georgia. He has contributed his expertise to the Patent Advisory Board for Georgia Lawyers for the Arts. Kenny previously served as Chair of the IP Practice in China Committee for the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA), where he worked with industry leaders at Fortune 50 companies to monitor and comment on intellectual property legislation in China, including developments related to standard essential patents (SEPs), patent reform, and other key issues.
